ManpowerGroup Analyst eComm Review in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Our client in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an eComm Review Analyst to join their team.

Job Title: Analyst eComm Review

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $18-20/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Supervising electronic communications of our field reps

  • Reading and reviewing financial representative and client correspondence/emails and flagging those communications for additional review based on factors such as risk and company policies

  • Tier 1 roles do an initial sweep of all flagged emails. They close out anything personal or anything that isn’t an investment or insurance strategy discussion.

  • Tier 1 is the first line of defense to close out non-risk emails and pass along anything potentially risky to the company to Tier 2 (licensed roles).

What’s Needed?

  • Previous experience in some sort of administrative or data centric role in the banking, insurance, or underwriting industries

  • Proficient with Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel

  • Proficient in reading comprehension

  • Strong time management

  • Bilingual a plus!
