Job Summary
The Instructional Support Administrative Coordinator reports to the Associate Dean-Academic Affairs at the Sheldon B. Lubar College of Business. This position is 75%, 30 hours per week. Responsibilities include:
Support of ITM , Finance, and other work-force development certificate programs
Gather feedback from industry stakeholders on certificate curricula
Develop marketing materials for certificate programs
Faculty pedagogical support
Keep abreast of best practices in higher education instruction
Guide faculty through Lubar’s online course certification process
Coordinate ad hoc instructional staff hiring
Utilize established processes to facilitate the hiring of 40-60 lecturers each semester
Work with Associate Dean to ensure that all hired adjuncts meet AACSB qualifications as needed by Lubar
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in course development and/or program development
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in online course development
Experience in teaching in higher education
Experience in building relationships with outside stakeholders
Master’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field
Target Salary Range Salary will be commensurate with knowledge and experience
