Job Summary
Provide administrative support for Facility Services Operations. Process work orders for campus maintenance and chargeable work in TMA , our Computerized Maintenance Management System, including web requests and phone calls. Triage campus requests and work with the trades to remedy emergency and daily requests. Assist with processing remodeling projects in TMA , our shared email, and shared filing space. Creative problem solving and innovative thinking under minimum supervision is required daily. Highly visible position with broad connection to campus community.
This position is not eligible for hybrid work and requires 100% onsite work.
Minimum Qualifications
One year or more prior work experience in administrative office role
Demonstrated customer service experience
Experience using common business software and applications (email, MS Word, Excel, internet browsers, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Prior work experience using TMA or another computerized maintenance management system
Evidence of experience in a position requiring strong problem-solving skills
Evidence of experience in a position requiring strong organizational skills
Experience with any content management software (WordPress, etc.)
Experience using mobile devices in a professional setting for communications including text, voice, Teams, email, etc
Target Salary Range $17.31 - $19.23 per hour (Final salary offer will be determined based on knowledge, skills, and experience).
