JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Summary As an AutoStore Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a strong relationship with AutoStore, ensuring alignment with client needs and maximizing the value of AutoStore\'s solutions. Your role involves understanding client requirements, providing tailored support, and collaborating closely with the solution development and sales team to drive business growth. You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver optimal results, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM status. The base pay range for this role is \$72,000 - \$108,000, not including commissions. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do In This Role: Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to provide comprehensive support throughout the sales process. Assist with product demonstrations, technical explanations, and addressing customer inquiries. Product Expertise: Serve as the in-house expert on AutoStore products and solutions. Keep the sales team informed about product features, benefits, and updates. Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how AutoStore solutions can meet their business objectives. Training and Development: Train and mentor the sales team on AutoStore products and sales strategies. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. Solution Design: Work with the sales team and clients to design customized AutoStore solutions that address specific client requirements and deliver optimal value. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
