Randstad is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join a warehouse team in Milwaukee, WI. The Packaging Operator will be responsible for operating packaging machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. salary: $18.49 - $18.5 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.

• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before packaging.

• Package products according to specifications, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging equipment.

• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Record and report production data accurately and promptly.

• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 8 hours at one time
