*The Headlines:  *

In the role of Supply Chain Digital Deployment Lead working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be the key liaison between MCBC Supply Chain, Operations, WCSC, and IT teams to enable our digital aspirations.

This position reports to Dir. Supply Chain Digital Enablement.

The Responsibilities: _ _

  • You will provide strategic, as well as tactical leadership to engage and influence identification and development of new digital value opportunities

  • You will collaborate with WCSC team to facilitate people change management to ensure adoption and sustainment of digital applications

  • You will collaborate with IT, Digital Governance, and Process Teams to ensure alignment with Digital Strategy, Controls, and End to End Processes

  • You will drive adoption of digital capabilities and realization of their value. You will coach, support and guide SMEs and users to anchor processes and share learnings

  • You will collaborate with WCSC to establish and execute model to build business skills to sustain digital processes

  • You will promote identification of new value add digital use cases and value improvements to existing use cases. Consider future ways of working as well as regional and centralization opportunities

  • You will partner with IT to facilitate design, build and deployment of digital capabilities

  • You will connect with IBP, WCSC, IT, BPE and Finance Controls to maintain digital governance aligned with MCBC Digital Strategy

*The Other Qualifications: *

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT/ Supply Chain, or another relevant field, OR 5+ years of experience in CPG industry managing digital change withing order fulfillment or operations functions
