Are you a self-motivated person who enjoys operating heavy equipment? Camp Precast is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator. Our operators work alone and in teams to maintain an organized product inventory, load customers picking up products, offload deliveries of various supplies, and assist with movement of concrete hoppers to support manufacturing. Operators are required to conduct daily equipment inspections and perform operator level maintenance such as adding fluids, applying grease, and various other maintenance items as needed. Heavy Equipment Operators are crucial members of our Production Team.

Duties

• Maintain a current Powered Industrial Lift operator certification.
• Conduct daily inspections and report forklift service and repair status to the Fleet Technician (mechanic).
• Transport loads of precast concrete products to various locations throughout the production facility.
• Load a truck or trailer in coordination with the truck driver.
• Offload various materials from both flatbed and box trailers per dispatcher instructions.
• Maintain an understanding of OSHA regulations pertaining to the safe operation of powered industrial lifts.
• Meet or exceed safety, quality, housekeeping, and production efficiency objectives while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain high ethical standards which include integrity, honesty, and excellent moral character.
• All other duties as assigned.
