As the Marketing Manager for the UK&I you’ll lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth and success.

  • You'll help drive forward our sustainability/digitalization agenda, helping shape and implement strategies that align with our goals and values.

    What you’ll need

  • Background in healthcare, ideally wound care or homecare, ostomy, continence, urology or pressure care (but flexible for right candidate)

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing small marketing teams. Proven ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective goals.

  • Background in product & sales management, including product launches, market research, messaging development, and sales enablement.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Willingness to travel to attend UK events, conferences, and meetings as required.
