Worker Location: Milpitas, CA

Job Title: Manufacturing - Associate Test Engineer 2 Shift 1

Shift Hours: 1st shift Start hours will vary based on OT required and will be between 4am - 7am End time: Hard stop at 3:30pm

Job Requirements:

Looking for highly motivated individual who has Technical School with BSEE and can work independently with limited support from engineering and management.

  • Build and test cameras and printed circuit assemblies in production area

  • Update documentation when needed

  • Work with engineer to bring new products to manufacturing

  • Broad technical understanding of printed circuit boards

  • Be able to troubleshoot down to component level

  • strong ability to update documents for a repeatable Manufacturing Process

  • Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and work in a collaborative style

  • Good technical skills and proven engineering problem solving ability

  • Must be willing to work overtime, day or night shift and weekends

Requirements (required skills, experience, qualifications)

  • BS in EE, understand basic electronic circuitry

  • Be able to troubleshoot to component level

  • Working in 10K CR (no bunny suite)

  • Work OT, weekends, and be able to work swing shift (hour between 4pm - 3:30am) if needed

Nice to Have (preferred skills, experience, qualifications)

  • Experience, qualifications and skills - some component level troubleshooting experience

  • Experience in troubleshooting to component level on PCB

responsibilities:

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Test and repair electronic assemblies

  2. Build and test camera and other electronic assemblies

  3. Some mechanical assembly work require - build camera enclosure

Additional Responsibilities

  • May require to update procedure

  • May require to work with engineer to bring in new products to manufacturing (New product introduction)

  • May require to work on test fixture when it's down

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working up to 20 hrs of overtime per week

  • working weekends qualifications:
