Highlights: Partner with team members from global locations - 5 manufacturing locations worldwide. In this 6 month long rotational program, you will spend time at our headquarters in Bothell, WA before being placed in your territory sales position where you will be tasked with developing long-term rental customer relationships and expanding market share Real World Responsibilities: During your time with us you will: Rotate through inside sales/customer service, product management, manufacturing operations, & finance Shadow customer visits with tenured sales team members After placement, drive to various rental yard customers and develop relationships to negotiate long-term sales for the full line of Genie products and track in Salesforce (is not a simple collecting orders sales position) Act as a liaison and balance between the needs of the customer and the company As part of our team we will: Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career Must haves: Currently pursuing a bachelors degree or higher in sales, business management, marketing or similar field or graduated within last two years Willingness to train in Bothell, WA for 6 months Travel up to 75% Are adaptable, innovative, a team player, and proactive Nice to haves: Open to relocation within the US Previous sales experience Data analytics or pricing experience Past experience building relationships through collaboration, listening, and time-management Exhibit strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy Familiarity with KPIs / Salesforce The compensation range for this position is $94,400 - $141,600 annually (based on Seattle market range, final compensation will be based on where the position is located).
