SEASONAL ROLES AVAILABLE! Holiday Season is just 10 weeks away!

We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Multiple Part Time Mailroom Assistant in our Professional Services firm located in Milford, New Hampshire. As a Mailroom Assistant, you will be responsible for managing mail operations, including operating mail opening machines, reporting mail issues, maintaining accurate records, and reporting to the supervisor.

Current hours available:

• Monday - Friday 4pm to 8pm

• Monday - Friday 8pm to Midnight

• Monday - Friday 6pm to 10pm

Responsibilities:

• Operate mail opening machines efficiently and accurately

• Report any issues related to mail or equipment promptly to the supervisor

• Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail

• Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and process customer applications in our Enterprise Resource Planning system

• Utilize the Kronos Timekeeping System to accurately track hours worked

• Ensure a high level of customer service by resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Use Konica Minolta technology to print and photocopy documents as needed

• Utilize courier services to send and receive packages as required

• Process checks and other forms of payment received through the mail

• Maintain the workspace in an organized and clean manner to ensure efficient operations

  Requirements

• Skills in Check Processing

• Experience with Courier Services

• Exceptional Customer Service skills

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks
