Alene Candles Label Technician - 1st Shift (Bonuses Available) in Milford, New Hampshire
We are currently offering a $1,200 sign on bonus! You will be paid $600 on your first paycheck, $300 after 90 days, and $300 after 180 days of service.

Alene Candles is seeking a Label Technician for 1st shift. The Label Technician oversees all of label department needs. You will be involved with cycle counting of all materials, yearly disposal inventory, pack out printer maintenance, pulls label components for production jobs, print and sends carton labels and ensures they are signed out properly to the line leaders. Label Technicians enter inventory transactions for RTS and cycle counting, adjust label printers online and in label department. You will be required to collect and report on key production data as defined by the Manufacturing Supervisor.
Retrieve label components and transfer to Label Department, production lines, and label return.
Cycle count, inventory control, inventory disposal.
Create master carton labels per work order.
Work with the Wax Supervisor to identify batch sizes to be able to assign date codes to work orders.
Prep work order for pack out.
Send date code/master carton information prepped on work order electronically to printers on production floor and ShopeVue terminals.
Reconcile components at the end of each work order.
Adjust into the MRP System
Order/Maintain essential supplies for production.
Maintain and basic trouble shoot data max printers.
Utilize Ink Jet to pre-print bottom labels.
Operate label printer equipment and troubleshoot any problems.

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
1 year of related experience
Previous data entry experience required
Ability to work accurately, with interruptions, to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, and good judgment.
Ability to read and interpret information on work-orders and provide accurate counts for labels being produced.
Effective verbal and oral communication skills; need to interact with account managers, managers and supervisors daily.
