Waters Service Training Development Specialist in Milford, Massachusetts
We are looking for a Service Training Development Specialist to design, develop and deliver learning paths, where the goal is to provide training content suitable to support the learning journey of Waters Service organisation world-wide for our Compass /Salesforce CRM platform.
Reporting to the Global Service Training Content Manager, the Training Development specialist will be a key member of the Global Service Enablement Team, partnering with our Instructional Designers and other Subject Matter Experts across our Service Organisation to create and update Compass training content.
Design and develop learning for Waters internal customers, and ensure associated blended learning activities enable customer success throughout the complete customer experience.
Pilot delivery of training content to service personnel, conducting train-the-trainer activities to enable field-based delivery.
Assess training needs in terms of product, learner, and business requirements. Identify intended audiences, perform task analyses, and define learning objectives.
Continually monitor training effectiveness, and make improvements to prior work.
Maintain project and course documentation to required standards.
Foster constructive and cooperative working relationships with internal stakeholders and Global service teams.
Education:
- BS/BSc or higher in analytical chemistry, biology, or related science.
Experience:
2 + years experience specializing in field activities or supporting the field using Compass in a service role is required.
Experience developing and/or delivering technical training courses is desirable.
Project management experience is desirable.
Competencies:
High level of Compass/Salesforce product knowledge.
Partner with functional teams and Subject Matter Experts across the business to develop, pilot, deliver and maintain training content.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
Travel (If Applicable):
- Some international travel may be required.
