Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role ensures smooth sales processes and supports the sales department in achieving its goals. The successful candidate will maintain product and promotional information, support sales activities, and provide insightful analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Product List Update: Ensure the product list is updated monthly with changes in availability, specifications, or pricing.

  • Weekly Promotional Discounts Update: Manage and update promotional discounts weekly. Communicate updates to the sales team and relevant departments.

  • Activity Coordination: Act as the main contact for Partner Account Managers (PAM), Business Partners (BP), and Presales teams to coordinate activities like webinars and meetings. Manage logistics and communication.

  • Pipeline Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze the sales pipeline, identify won and lost opportunities, and provide regular forecasting for planning and strategy development.

  • BID Management and Escalation: Oversee BID management, ensuring timely and accurate submission. Escalate issues to product managers as needed.

  • Sales Department Support: Provide ongoing support to the sales department, assisting with various tasks and projects. Resolve issues and improve efficiency.

  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales data, pipeline status, and key metrics. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery for decision-making.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Excel, including Macros, is a must. Experience with Power BI is highly desirable.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactivity: Ability to work autonomously and proactively, addressing issues and improving processes.

  • Team Collaboration: Strong networking and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams and departments.

  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data management and reporting.

  • Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to develop and work in a team environment.
