In the dynamic realm of tender management at Medtronic, your role as Contract Analyst in Tender Office will spearhead the meticulous coordination of competitive bidding processes.

A Day in the Life

• Analyzing tender documents and interacting with various departments involved to retrieve necessary documents;

• Preparing administrative documentation using the Datagon tool for participation in public procurement bids;

• Preparing the economic proposal through contact with the Business Unit and using Vendavo and Datagon tools;

• Managing forms for the tender sample;

• Entering managed practices into the document archive;

• Familiarity with public administration portals and uploading/sending tender documentation.

Must Haves

• Minimal 1 year experience in the public procurement area/medical devices

• Degree in Law (or preferably with a legal background)

• Native Italian speaker

• Good knowledge of spoken and written English

• Team working skills

• Organizational skills in managing deadlines/priorities

• Good inclination for interpersonal relationships

• Proficiency in using major computer tools

Nice to Haves

• Degree in Law or with a legal background
