Duties:

  • Review vendor compliance terms

  • Support the sales team and customers in accuracy of invoicing special discounts and term offers

  • Liaison with Client Operations team in regards to titles set up, promotions and order fulfillment

  • Liaison with title database team to insure all titles are properly maintained

  • Review new receipts and put away of inventory

  • Report receiving discrepancies

  • Add reserves for client inventory based on requests

  • Review inventory and respond to inventory queries (both internal and external

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Good PC skills

  • Good math skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to prioritize a high volume of time sensitive deliverables
