REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/01/2025-12/31/2025. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 7 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 60 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Crops/Commodities: assorted vegetables, assorted greens, beans, tomatoes, herbs. This job requires a minimum of three months of verifiable prior experience working on a diversified produce farm operating 50+ HP tractors and planters, handling both manual and machine tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Red and White Potatoes: Workers will walk along rows that have been previously plowed; will bend over and pick out potatoes. Potatoes which are one (1) inch in diameter and larger will be placed in 5/8 bushel buckets. Potatoes smaller than one (1) inch in diameter are discarded in the row middle. Filled buckets are taken to trucks or trailers for dumping. Workers must carefully handle potatoes and avoid bruising. Workers will be required to stay on their assigned row. Carrots, Squash, String Beans, Bell Peppers, Eggplant, Long Hot Peppers, Turnips, Tomatoes, Onions, Butter Beans, Jalapeno Peppers, Peas, Okra, Cuban-L, Cherry, Banana Peppers and Tomatillos: Workers will bend and stoop to pick vegetables according to size, color, shape and degree of maturity and place into field containers.
