Contract type: Permanent, full-time, hybrid working system

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage client relations and sales in central and southern Italy, including the islands. Your goal is to drive sales and distribution of MAPA Professional technical goods for the industrial channel.

You will work independently as part of a dynamic sales team of five people.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management (35%): Drive key brand initiatives to effectively reach and connect with target consumers.

  • Distributor Management (25%): Manage relationships with distributors to consolidate partnerships and optimize product positioning.

  • End-User Relationship Management (15%): Promote products to end-users and manage interactions with Health & Safety Managers and Purchasing Departments.

  • Sales Management (50%): Oversee sales activities in central and southern Italy to achieve sales goals.

  • Customer Support (10%): Manage customer information and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction.…

What You’ll Need

Minimum:

  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in selling and distributing technical goods for the industrial sector, including managing distributor relationships

  • Good command of MS Office, incl. Excel and PowerPoint

  • Fluent Italian and communicative English (written and spoken)

  • Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally.
