What will I be doing?

As Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to be heavily involved in all aspects of

Hilton Milan presence both online, media and sales.

The intern will complete this internship with:

·An understanding of content marketing and public relations practices;

·An understanding of email marketing;

·An understanding of how, where and why content and public relations fit into a brand's

·marketing strategy;

·An understanding of how to use online platforms to collaborate with relevant individuals.

·An understanding of how to creatively create content.

Main role responsibilities:

·Provide competitive research and analysis support;

·Assist with implementation of multichannel marketing and ecommerce campaigns;

·Help with collection and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data from client marketing campaigns;

·Assist with advertising and marketing promotional activities including social media, mobile, mail, e-mail, web, and print;

·Assist with the content maintenance of the brand website and OTAs;

·Work with various databases;

·Assist with the production of ad hoc reports and presentations;

·Work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities;

·Support the development of promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events;

·Draft client communications, content for blogs, website, and social media.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values

·Previous experience in a customer-focused industry;

·Positive attitude and good communication skills;

·Excellent grooming standards;

·Ability to work on your own and as part of a team;

·Competent level of IT proficiency and Social Media;

·Good knowledge of English;

·Good knowledge of Italian.
