Field Technical Engineer CRM (Calabria - Lazio e Campania)

Section 1: PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• The incumbent is responsible for the promotion of Abbott CRM Product lines through professional and technical support to both medical and sales personnel.

• This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott.

• This position’s primary function is to attend implants, follow-ups and support any issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices.

Section 2: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support and assistance over the whole national territory to the sales force and physicians (implants and follow ups)

• Perform product presentations and training on products utilization to customers

• Support physicians during the enrolment and follow up phase of clinical studies

• Provide support to Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator and Clinical Department for any additional tasks and projects

• Be proactive in taking Abbott solution-oriented approach to customers

• Promptly communicate feedback/info on supported implants/procedures

• Perform booth duty when required

• Ensure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followed

Section 3: EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Good Knowledge of English and Italian, both written and verbal

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Preferable 1/2 years in similar activities (technical support)

• Interpersonal skills

• Teamwork

• Initiative

• Stress resistance

• Good communication
