Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Disciplinary Action, Performance Management, New Hire Orientation, Organizing & Facilitating Annual Training (Fairness & Respect, Workplace Harassment, Annual Drug & Alcohol Training, etc.), Employee Leaves of Absences (FMLA, LOA, ADA), Workplace Safety/Workers Compensation, Time & Attendance, Wage Scale Analysis, OSHA Recordkeeping, EEO & AAP Compliance, and FAA/DOT Compliance across all Elliott Aviation locations (IA, IL, GA, & MN)

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services to manage payroll and employee benefits efficiently

• Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now for effective HR management

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode to ensure smooth data communication

• Competency in using Ceridian for HR management, payroll, and employee benefits

• Understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) to optimize workforce productivity

• Ability to manage Benefit Functions, ensuring employees receive their entitled benefits

• Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interactions with staff at all levels

• Strong understanding of Compliance requirements in the transport industry

• Proven track record in handling Employee Relations and resolving disputes

• Experience in Hiring Processes, ensuring the recruitment of high-quality candidates.
