We are looking for a colleague for the position of Financial Controller for our Copeland plant in Mikulov. In this position you will be responsible mainly for product’s costs calculation and analysis.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support of current manufacturing and innovation projects

  • Develop and challenge budget and financial performance plans

  • Own and develop Power BI reports and overviews to support visibility

  • Act as facilitator and consultant to drive plant performance

  • Participate actively during Month-end and Year-end closings and audits

  • Control of compliance with legal and internal regulations, concerning field of finances

  • Capex planning and controlling

  • Cash Flow planning and controlling

Ideal candidate:

  • Has a university degree in the field of finance, business or similar

  • Has at least two years of experience in the financial field - manufacturing sector

  • Has excellent analytical mindset to see individual tasks in the bigger picture

  • Has a natural curiosity on the top of detail oriented mind

  • Has experience in budgeting and reporting

  • Is highly efficient in Excel; Oracle and Power BI skills are advantages

  • Is fluent in written and spoken English

  • Previous experience in corporate environment is an advantage
