As a key member of our team, you'll ensure the accuracy and integrity of our CRM system, collaborating with the North America sales operations team. Your responsibilities include data management, report generation, and conducting audits to maintain high-quality data.

Additionally, you'll also support our new business planning by compiling company information packets, contributing to the achievement of our team’s objectives.

• Collaborate with the North America sales operations team to ensure accurate updation of data quality within CRM system with support of research tools and collaboration with the sales community as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Generate ad hoc reports and conduct audits of contacts and accounts via CRM to ensure data integrity.

• Populate CRM records with CRB leader and account status information.

• Identify and remove bounce-back emails from the CRM system while identifying new contacts.

• Conduct regular audits of CRM data to uphold data integrity standards.

• Add new accounts to the CRM system and confirm NA HQ location during weekly reviews

• Correctly tag campaigns in CRM and create and track client engagement records.

• Compile and provide company information packets for account planning exercises, RFP preparation and prospect meetings.

• Perform additional tasks as required to support the team's objectives.

• Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.

• Proven experience in Sales Operations or a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales Operations, or related field preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in conversational English.

• Ability to represent Sales Operations and WTW with integrity and credibility.

• Attention to detail and ability to produce data analysis and insights.

• Experience with CRM systems (particularly Microsoft Dynamics) advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools – primarily excel (Vlookups, pivot tables and advanced formula) and PowerPoint.
