Oversee the daily operation of the Live haul Truck / Trailer Wash center located in Mifflintown, PA.  Daily activities at the wash center include assuring trucks and livestock trailer are properly cleaned, disinfected and trailer dried.  The manager will oversee and sometime help the team complete each step in the clean process.  The manager oversees all activities the site is responsible for while assuring all biosecurity guidelines, standards, and processes are followed by the wash team and visitors to the trailer wash center. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible to assure the daily operations of Mifflintown, PA  wash center. Ensure all biosecurity guidelines, standards, and processes are followed by the wash team and visitors to the trailer wash center.  Strive to achieve the set standards for weekly hours worked at the trailer wash center. Manage all activities at the site including Truck and trailer wash processes, trailer heating and drying after the wash, assure all equipment at the site is maintained, ensure environmental programs are maintained, assure all team members are following all standards and manage vendors completing activities at the site. Maintain logs (create forms as needed) for environmental and company compliance, communicate data to proper personnel. Availability to respond during off hours/weekends/ holidays to address emergencies and or equipment breakdowns. Responsible for maintaining all daily process data management in the current operation system (Transman). Responsible for and participate in the job applicants interview process. Responsible to conduct nonexempt TMs performance evaluations as well as approve time cards on a weekly basis. Support and follow all company deadlines for trailer wash supervisor IDP's, KPI's, company safety and turnover goals. Support all trailer wash team members through HRBP regarding staffing, TM pay, TM benefits and TM UKG questions. Help set direction and goals for the PVT trailer washes with focus on biosecurity and efficiency. Participate as needed in CFG/CVFF biosecurity, production, and business update meetings. Communicate and complete follow up's or develop action plans as well as external/internal biosecurity audits. Manage operations of plant and IT equipment, work with management team for repair or equipment upgrades at all PVT truck wash facilities. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience. You are multi-task oriented and a team player. You have the ability to define problems, collect, and interpret data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can physically be standing on your feet a majority of the day with the ability to lift 50 lbs. You are available to work Monday thru Friday, with some weekends and holiday work required. You are committed to meeting and exceeding industry standards and processes to help the team achieve optimum trailer cleanliness. Bilingual is preferred /able to speak English - Spanish to facilitate communication with Spanish speaking TMs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS; PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ascend/ Descend/ Traverse: Occasionally ascends/ descends a ladder climb up trailers internal ramps crawl inside the trailers with knee pads. Work Environment: Frequent exposure to loud noises, dirty/ wet environments, hot and cold temperatures, outdoor environments, animal dander, manure, blood.
