Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Value Stream Mapping processes, conducting time studies, leading events, and creating Standard Work. You will also perform audits/Gemba Walks, develop PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, and Job Element Sheets, and conduct root cause analysis using tools such as 5-Why, Cause & Effect Diagram, and A3. Additionally, you will handle New Product Introduction (NPI) validation, create test validation plans, conduct Gauge Studies, and perform statistical analysis.

You will utilize customer feedback to inform decision-making and have a solid understanding of problem-solving tools to determine root causes and derive countermeasures. The role requires an experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of their specialization, capable of resolving a wide range of issues creatively. Familiarity with lean principles, quality systems, statistical tools, and procedures is essential, as is experience in leading the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to improve processes continually.

The ideal candidate will have training in lean six sigma tools/concepts and quality management tools, impact the quality of their work and that of others, and work within established guidelines and policies. You should be capable of leading projects with managerial support.
