Develop ServiceNow enhancements and modifications to existing applications such as VR, SIR, HAM, SAM, ITSM, CMDB, and APM as well as create custom applications. Create and modify catalog items, portals, workflows, flow designer, and other ServiceNow development functions. Support, edit, and create integrations to other products and services including the use of integration hub and orchestration, web services, APIs, and related transform mappings. Attend scheduled meetings with customers, analysts, project managers, development, and staff teams. New development, complete enhancements and operational support of access request site application for Identity and Access Management team. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. with approval.

Position requires Master's or foreign degree equivalent plus 3 years related experience.  Will accept Bachelor's degree followed by 5 years progressive related experience in lieu of MS+3.
