Description We are providing a unique opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the E-Business/Commerce industry, located in Midvale, Utah. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity where your ability to handle a high number of vendors and proficiency in Oracle will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable for the organization, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and payment processing

• Utilize Oracle software for data entry and account management

• Manage a high number of vendors, coordinating payments and resolving any issues

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze financial data

• Execute various accounting functions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices

• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment issues and concerns

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and files

• Collaborate closely with the finance team to streamline and improve accounts payable processes. Requirements • Experience in the E-Business/Commerce industry

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Excellent data entry skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to accounts payable

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in other accounting software will be a plus.
