Role Headline

Acquires and learns practical knowledge and working experience in different administrative fields of expertise, in the course of an academic education.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Works as part-time or vacation temporary help in different administrative tasks and operations.

  • Performs all operations, measures, activities and tasks as assigned by accountable management or supervisor.

  • Learns and acquires respective theory and know how, techniques, methods, tools and processes, in the respective area.

  • Supports other qualified staff in their tasks and accountabilities.

  • Identifies and classifies customers by understanding their business model and recognizes business opportunities via digital platforms ( LinkedIn/Online tools )

  • Identifies the buyer’s role and level of participation in the decision process

  • Adjust and manage sales initiatives for digital sales clients (coordinates business unit campaigns on LinkedIn )

  • Develop new opportunities for cross and upselling

  • Utilize digital sales engagement tools to engage and communicate with potential customers based on their preferences while they progress through a marketing funnel.

  • Development of strategies to help the sales organization convert prospects.

  • Consistently monitor qualification actions to create fully qualified opportunities that result in a higher-than-average rate of successful deals.

  • Generate interest in Siemens DI's products and services by leveraging online platforms, email marketing, and cold calling.

  • Utilize digital software tools that are in sync with the digital customer experience.

  • Make sure customers can easily and quickly connect to the online world.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in pure marketing and sales preferably in the B2B industry

  • Diploma/Degree in marketing, business or similar may be required.

  • Understanding of marketing and sales funnels as well as lead generation

  • Experience in online marketing and digital engagement tools to qualify leads

  • CRM tools such as Salesforce (Advantageous)

Attributes and skills

  • Applied understanding of basic marketing principles

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, data intent, etc.)

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

  • Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Microsoft Office know-how in Word, Excel, Planner, Forms, Whiteboard and teams
