Design Engineer (Civil/Structural)

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Execute civil and structural design tasks, either as independent projects or as part of broader multidisciplinary initiatives.

• Support the project manager by contributing to the development of projections, timelines, material inventories, design blueprints, and comprehensive project records by client and company standards.

• Conduct on-site evaluations and in-depth technical inquiries.

• Manage and organize project-related documentation through established document management systems.

• Guarantee the integrity and thoroughness of all final outputs and services within your purview.

• Monitor adherence to project scopes, timelines, and financial constraints.

• Undertake on-site duties in various industrial settings to gather essential design data and confirm integration, functionality, and spatial allowances.

• Provide interim on-site assistance for engineering oversight during the construction phase.

• Engage directly with clientele to ensure service excellence.

• Validate the precision and quality of technical drawings and schematics.

Qualifications & Duties:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• A pronounced emphasis on structural engineering principles.

• The role entails design engineering responsibilities within a dynamic consulting firm, catering to a diverse range of small to medium-scale projects for industrial sectors.

• A preference for candidates with experience in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D CAD, Advance Steel, and RISA 3D.

• Proficient understanding of civil and structural material standards, ensuring all necessary details for procurement, manufacturing, and construction are incorporated into final designs.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
