Description We are providing a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Midlothian, Virginia. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be at the forefront of our financial operations, handling account reconciliation, data entry, and invoice processing. This role is set in the financial industry, where you will utilize your skills in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of invoices and ensuring they are correctly coded

• Conduct account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records

• Manage accounts payable, ensuring all financial information is up-to-date

• Execute check runs to ensure timely and accurate payments

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and SAP for data entry and other related tasks

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Ensure data accuracy in every transaction and task

• Resolve customer inquiries effectively and promptly. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all transactions.

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), capable of managing and organizing all payable accounts.

• Familiarity with Check Runs, adept at executing timely and accurate payment processes.

• Skilled in Coding Invoices, ensuring all invoices are correctly coded for proper tracking and payment.

• Competence in Data Entry, able to input and update financial information with speed and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Invoice Processing, capable of efficiently handling and maintaining all company invoices.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, able to utilize advanced features for financial data management and analysis.

• Familiarity with Oracle, able to navigate and utilize this system for financial management purposes.

• Experience with SAP, comfortable in leveraging this software for financial operations and reporting.
