Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Salary: $49000 - $64900 / year

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant, kitchen, and bar related functions to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Hire, train, and manage an effective and collaborative group of team members, providing ongoing feedback on their job performance.

• Prepare weekly schedules and schedule appropriate staff according to business levels and planned payroll.

• Assist in maintaining planned bar and restaurant cost of sales.

• Research and develop new menus.

• Follow control policies that elevate service standards for guests and accountability of staff.

• Provide a safe work environment by following all safety and security policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment

• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members, creating a positive work environment
