Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry in Midland, Texas. The role is for an Accounts Receivable Clerk who will focus on maintaining and organizing the financial records of our clients. The workplace setting requires detail-oriented individuals who can efficiently manage various tasks related to accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of invoices to ensure proper billing

• Utilize programs such as Open Invoice and Ariba for electronic billing

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found in invoices

• Manage light collections to ensure the balance of customer accounts

• Maintain up to date and accurate records of customer credit applications

• Utilize your skills in QuickBooks to manage and track financial data

• Employ your Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

• Ensure proper coding of invoices for accurate record keeping

• Address and resolve invoice discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records

• Engage in account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in accounts receivable. Requirements • Must have a minimum of one year experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role

• Skilled in account reconciliation and handling accounts receivable

• Proficiency in billing processes and procedures

• Ability to use Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Experience with QuickBooks for financial management

• Familiarity with collections processes and procedures

• Ability to handle invoices, including entering invoices, coding invoices, managing invoice discrepancies, and invoice processing

• Knowledge of Ariba and Open Invoice software is desirable

• Must have the ability to work effectively in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and clients

• Must have problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Must have a proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
