What part will you play?
The purpose of the Production Assistant Level 1 is to assist the studio videographers, engineers, and production technicians with all areas of live video, field, studio productions and corporate events, including equipment inventory and maintenance. Position is a 6-month temporary role with the option to hire upon successful completion.
What will you be doing?
Assist in all aspects of readiness for video capture, presentation preparation, and broadcast.
Help manage and maintain production equipment and inventory.
Assist with setup and operation; tear down of studio and field productions, including lighting, audio, video switchers, teleprompter, wiring, and camera equipment.
Live event A/V equipment setup/teardown and operation.
General IP infrastructure support i.e. software updating, patches, day-to-day maintenance.
Other duties as assigned.
What do we require from you?
Required Qualifications of the Production Assistant Level 1:
Experience with live video productions. Video capture, directing, editing and/or staging or engineering.
Excels in a fast paced, high energy environment. Someone who remains calm under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications of the Production Assistant Level 1 :
1+ years working in studio operations, media internships, community theater, live event staging.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
