Deer Run Rehabilitation, Inc Direct Care Worker in Midland, Michigan
Direct Care Staff provide interaction, guidance and supervision to residents with brain or spinal cord injuries. Must be good with people, compassionate, and able to meet physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of the people we serve. Must work well with others and take initiative to complete assigned duties without direct supervisions including changing and emergency situations. Job includes all aspects of personal care, housekeeping, meal prep and medication management.
