Kelly Services Coordinator – Facilities and Real Estate (Admin) in Midland, Michigan

Kelly Services is actively recruiting for a Coordinator – Facilities and Real Estate (Admin) for a Long Term Contract opportunity in Midland, MI.

Qualifications :

Associate degree (preferred) or 1-3 years experience in administrative position

Proficiency with MS Office Suites and Adobe Professional

Experience performing a range of administrative functions including calendaring, travel and meeting arrangements, correspondence, records processing.

Ability to compose business correspondence using appropriate format, language, and grammar.

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

Strong planning and organizational skills

Responsibilities :

Provides various office and site support activities. Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiency of the business to which the support is being provided; ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services.

• Requires a broad understanding of the job and applies skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures and systems (or requires deep skills in a single area).

• Understands how the team integrates with others to accomplish broader objectives.

• Uses some discretion to modify work practices to improve efficiency; completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

• Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data; may support the development of solutions to complex, recurring problems.

Performs a variety of administrative duties. Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a business or functional unit. Work generally requires knowledge of company and/or business/functional practices, policies, programs and/or product line. Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries. Administrative responsibilities include calendaring, document preparation and management, correspondence, travel arrangements, badging and visitor requests, ordering supplies, and meeting/travel coordination. Maintains confidentiality. Other day-to-day activities include:

• Managing site badging system

• Ordering EHS and Building supplies

• Managing site communication, functional mailboxes, and SharePoint

• Reporting contractor hours worked

• Coordinating contracted vendors for maintenance activities/work orders

• Facilitating New Employee onboarding for business partners
