Environmental Conditions

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing priorities and efficiently complete production plans.

  • Take charge of daily operations, strictly adhering to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and successfully implement innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing efficiency.

  • Drive performance metrics, supervise production targets, and take proactive measures to address any deviations.

Experience:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Confirmed experience in a manufacturing leadership role.

  • A strong background in successfully developing teams and driving operational excellence.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
