Adecco is seeking an Associate Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic distribution team. The ideal candidate will provide superior sales support and customer service through receiving, warehousing, and order fulfillment functions, while also contributing to our organizational Lean objectives. This role includes an 18-month probationary period to achieve T06 status and offers an opportunity for growth in a team-oriented environment. Type: Temp to Hire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ship outbound parcels and receive inbound products.

• Maintain functional expertise by reviewing and retaining task-related ERP system transactions.

• Prepare Hazmat paperwork for relevant shipments (UPS / FEDEX / LTL).

• Prepare Bills of Lading for shipments.

• Utilize appropriate equipment for inventory control and perform cycle counts.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Adverse Working Conditions:

• Exposure to variable temperatures (hot in summer, cold in winter).

• Workshop environment with potential exposure to noise, dust, and other particles.

• Operation of large equipment and machinery (e.g., production machines and forklifts).

Safety Equipment Requirements:

• Must wear steel toe boots, safety glasses, safety vest, and other safety equipment when working in the warehouse or operating machinery.

Physical Requirements:

• Regular heavy lifting of 50+ lbs., with occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.

• Handling warehouse material and loading/unloading trucks.

• Ability to tolerate variable climate conditions, prolonged standing, repetitive bending and reaching, and climbing up and down ladders.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong math skills.

• Experience operating power equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).

• Effective oral communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and integrity, with a focus on innovation.

• Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency and flexibility in scheduling.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
