Job Summary

Join Barrett Industries as a QA/QC Manager in Cincinnati, OH! This exceptional opportunity allows you to lead a team of QC Technicians in managing asphalt quality control, ensuring flawless execution of projects. Elevate your career by contributing to world-class infrastructure development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead all aspects of a group of QC Technicians.

  • Ensure strict compliance with QC standards in asphalt production.

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures.

  • Monitor and evaluate project progress.

  • Collaborate with project managers to determine project requirements.

  • Successfully implement QC plans for various construction projects.

  • Provide training and support to QC staff.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

Education and Skill Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications in Quality Control or Construction Management preferred.

    Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in construction quality control management.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in QC software and tools.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.

  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

  • Standing, walking, and moving around construction sites for extended periods.
