Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead all aspects of a group of QC Technicians.
Ensure strict compliance with QC standards in asphalt production.
Develop and implement quality control procedures.
Monitor and evaluate project progress.
Collaborate with project managers to determine project requirements.
Successfully implement QC plans for various construction projects.
Provide training and support to QC staff.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
Education and Skill Requirements
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications in Quality Control or Construction Management preferred.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in construction quality control management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in QC software and tools.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Standing, walking, and moving around construction sites for extended periods.
