Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will spot weld and powder coat parts according to work instructions, maintain a clean work environment, perform inspections, and monitor weld quality. You will also dress weld tips and adhere to all safety protocols while maintaining safe work practices.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• General labor experience.

• Experience with shipping and receiving.

• Ability to work with sheet metal.

• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to learn every part of the process.

• Experience with production work is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $20.00/hr.
