Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an ERP/Python/Odoo Developer at our manufacturing facility based in Middleton, Wisconsin. This role involves a hybrid working model and requires a problem-solving mindset with a focus on ERP development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ERP solutions using Odoo and Python

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business process functions and requirements

• Create and maintain detailed business requirement documents to guide ERP development

• Configure and manage ERP systems to ensure they meet business needs

• Engage in client-side scripting to enhance user interaction with ERP systems

• Utilize skills in AB Testing and API Development to improve system performance

• Monitor and troubleshoot ERP systems to ensure optimal functionality

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into our ERP systems

• Work closely with Microsoft tools for the development and management of ERP systems.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP/CRM Development within the Manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in Client Side Scripting, and able to efficiently design and implement scripts as per business requirements.

• Demonstrated expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, with a focus on optimizing business processes and operations.

• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and platforms, particularly in relation to ERP/CRM development.

• Experience in AB Testing, with a focus on optimizing user interface and user experience.

• Proficient in API Development, able to create and manage robust, scalable APIs.

• Strong understanding of Business Process Functions and the ability to align these with ERP systems.

• Experience in preparing and managing Business Requirement Documents, ensuring that they accurately reflect business needs.

• Proficient in Configuration Management, ensuring that all system changes are recorded and maintained systematically.

• Demonstrated experience in Python, with a focus on using Python in ERP/CRM development. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
