Job Title

Inventory Coordinator

Job Description

  • Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and time management skills.

  • Receive and store sub-assemblies and raw materials in warehouse.

  • Completes picking orders and material for other departments according to pick list and material requisitions.

  • Performs daily cycle counting and inventory accuracy objectives.

  • Excellent clerical, data entry skills to maintain integrity of inventory accuracy in database, file records and perform routine audits.

  • Ability to participate in internal and external audits as necessary.

  • Essential cross functional teamwork skill, to be able to communicate regularly with Customer Service , Purchasing, Engineering, and Finance.

  • Ability to review, and pack orders for shipment, including boxes, pallets and crates.

  • Ability to process orders for shipment in standard courier system software e. FedEx, UPS

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • 1+ year of inventory/inventory management experience

  • 1+ year SAP (or some sort of ERP), and Excel experience

  • Excellent Communication Skills- both Verbal and Written
