This position is responsible for leading fraud prevention initiatives, conducting comprehensive CRM and order audits, and ensuring quality across vendor interactions. Additionally, the role oversees critical software updates and manages sensitive recall and refund operations. The lead will also handle high-stakes customer escalations, maintaining and enhancing consumer trust and compliance. This role requires a proactive approach in collaborating with various internal teams such as Legal, Quality, Marketing and Supply Chain, to uphold and advance our service excellence.Primary Duties & Responsibilities Fraud Prevention (30%): Execute the strategic oversight of fraud prevention initiatives, analyzing complex data sets to identify risks and implement effective solutions that protect company and consumer interests. CRM and Order Auditing (20%): Perform audits of external vendor transactions within our CRM systems to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and data integrity, significantly impacting our bottom line and customer satisfaction.
