Job Title: Production Operator in Middleton, MA

Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for the operation of manufacturing equipment and will oversee the production equipment. They will operate mixers and blenders, set up machinery to run spools of material for combination to create the final product, and follow work instructions and batch records for the chemical manufacturing aspect. At the end of the run, they will use a forklift to remove the completed material and move it to the storage area.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and oversee production equipment.

• Operate mixers and blenders.

• Set up machinery to run spools of material for combination to create the final product.

• Follow work instructions and batch records for chemical manufacturing.

• Use a forklift to remove completed material and move it to the storage area.

Essential Skills

• Experience in manufacturing (chemical experience is a plus).

• Ability to follow work instructions.

• Ability to operate equipment, including mixing, inventory, material handling, compounding, machine operating, blending, and hand tools.

• Forklift operation experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00
