Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to be a part of our client's team in the Middlesex, New Jersey area. You will play a crucial role in handling customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. Furthermore, you will be charged with the responsibility of overseeing customer accounts and executing the necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and promptly process customer credit applications

• Keep customer credit records up to date and precise

• Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Carry out appropriate actions based on the status of customer accounts

• Commit to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and techniques

• Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in customer service

• Uphold the company's reputation by providing excellent customer service

• Handle other tasks as directed by the management

• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role.

• Demonstrated proficiency in handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective customer interaction.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service platforms.
