Description

We are in search of a CSR-ESG Manager to become part of our client's team based in the Middlesex, New Jersey area. As a CSR-ESG Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our operations by processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also play a crucial role in monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain accurate records

• Manage events associated with non-profits and oversee the budget for these events

• Handle contract negotiations and develop and implement various policies and procedures

• Create sustainability programs that are beneficial to the community and employees

• Conduct material assessment and lead inventory management tasks

• Report on Green House Gas (GHG) emissions and develop and implement a GHG inventory

• Present to board and executive directors and organize committee meetings

• Utilize your customer service skills to resolve customer inquiries

• Use your knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) protocols in managing processes

• Apply your business management skills to manage two direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) is required

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and leading a team

• Experience in Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting

• In-depth knowledge of ESG reporting protocols, including GHG emissions reporting (Scopes 1, 2, and 3)

• Expertise in developing and implementing a GHG inventory
