Group Home Manager Community Associates, a developmental services program of CSAC, is seeking to fill a new position to manage and direct the daily functions of staffed residence for two young adults, who experience developmental disabilities. The manager is responsible for providing staff supervision, ensuring 24/7 staff coverage, providing direct service as deemed necessary, and promoting regulatory compliance through adequate supervision of the residents. Looking for a strong leader and committed team player well versed both in supervision and direct service. Experience in intellectual disabilities and/or mental health desirable. Tue through Sat from 10am to 6pm. Salaried full-time position with 40 hours. \$54K with comprehensive benefit package.
