Manages vendor relationships and maintains the quality and timely exchange of electronic information.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maintain EDI transaction activities and daily audit tracking.

  • Maintain the vendor portal, including documentation, system support and mass vendor communications.

  • Identify potential issues and perform research to determine root cause.

  • Communicate with internal and external partners to effectively resolve issues.

  • Communicate resolution of issues to appropriate internal and external parties.

  • Responsible for all Vendor set ups and Vendor maintenance.

  • Maintain the vendor portal, including documentation, system support and mass vendor communications.

  • Interpret and set up vendor agreements for processing.

  • Create EDI trade partner agreements.

  • Provides vendor pre-meeting analysis.

  • Work closely with the Supply Chain Vendor Management Analyst to ensure the compliance and integrity of Supply Chain processes.

What You Bring With You (Qualifications):

  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent supply chain experience.

  • 1-2 years of supply chain or retail experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.

  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete work.

  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to be customer focused.

  • Demonstrated ability to deploy goals, targets and metrics to complete work and help the team accomplish goals.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of business reporting tools such as Micro Strategies, BI Query, Microsoft Office Tools.
