Dayton Superior Corporation SR Ops Accountant in Miamisburg, Ohio
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assists in preparing monthly reports such as key operating parameters and analyses of standard cost variances. * Controls standard cost data to ensure consistency across the Company * Responsible for all aspects of accounting related to Freight * Assists in preparation of cost analyses for capital spending, source of supply, or margin analyses. * Monitor inventories at production facilities. * Assist in spending budget preparation for assigned facilities. * Supports monthly close process and annual external audits. * Performs other financial analysis as required. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Two or more years of relevant practical industrial or public accounting experience required. Experience in manufacturing environment preferred. CPA, MBA, CMA desirable.
