Position Summary
Responsible for using a hand operated floor pallet jack to move around in the warehouse cooler, selecting products based on the customers order. Working in conjunction with Floor Manager and the Shipping Supervisor, to provide accurate orders for shipment to customers.
Essential Job Functions
This position is responsible for all of the following:
Locate, Identify and select products pulls and packs product based on daily customer orders
Assembles products on a pallet, verifying quality and quantities, wraps and labels pallet order
Easily maintains the layout of the cooler for selecting packaged product
Understand and preform date rotations keeping products fresh
Accurate completion of customers orders based on their requirements
Self-disciplined to work independently and as part of a team
Performs other related duties as requested
Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on the safe handling and proper use of machines and tools used for the operations
Adherence to Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) for food processing
Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for food processing
Accurate completion of daily logs and reports according to the SOP
Other Functions
