OVERVIEW & PURPOSE
We are looking for a Meat Cutter to break down carcasses and fabricate into retail cuts that exceed customer expectations. The Meat Cutter reports directly to the Room Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Harvest Livestock
- Break Down Carcasses
- Fabricate Carcasses into Retail Cuts
- Trim to Customer Specifications
- Help Monitor All Daily Logs & Record
- Maintain Organization
- Inspect Packaging to Ensure Labeling Requirements are met
- Clean and Sanitize Work Environment
- Assist as Needed in Plant Operations
- Lead by Example
- Maintain a Positive Team Morale
- Help Solve Problems and Teach Others to become Problem Solvers
- Create an Excellent Customer Experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
